At She Hustles Creations, all items are made with care and customized to order. Please review our policy before purchasing.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products (DTF prints, UV DTF, sublimation items, and 3D printed products), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will fix it.
You must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
- Include your order number
If approved, we will:
- Send a replacement
or - Issue a refund (based on the situation)
Order Issues / Print Quality
We are not responsible for:
- Low-quality images submitted by the customer
- Incorrect sizing selected at checkout
- Color variations due to screen differences
Please ensure your files are print-ready before submitting.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days
- This does not include shipping time
Shipping
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly.
No Refunds Policy
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- Failure to read product descriptions
