We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Custom Orders

All custom orders are final.

We do not:

  • Proofread designs unless stated
  • Edit low-resolution images
  • Guarantee color matching across different materials

By submitting your design, you confirm you have the rights to use it.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change pricing at any time
  • Refuse or cancel orders if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected

Payments must be completed before production begins.

6. Processing & Shipping

  • Processing time: 2–3 business days
  • Shipping time depends on the carrier

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Lost or stolen packages once marked delivered

7. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless:

  • Item arrives damaged
  • Wrong item was sent
